These Terms & Conditions outline how Welling works — what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return. By purchasing a membership, product, or accessing the platform, you agree to the following.

Welling is a membership-based online space offering:
  • community access
  • digital content and experiences
  • physical products (where applicable)
We may evolve and refine what is included over time as the world grows.

1. About Welling

Welling memberships are offered on an annual basis.

Commitment
  • By joining Welling, you agree to a 12-month membership term, whether you choose to pay annually or via a monthly payment plan.
  • Monthly plans are a commitment to the full 12 payments
  • Early cancellation does not void remaining payments
  • You are responsible for completing all payments associated with your selected plan

Renewals
Memberships automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation
  • You may cancel your renewal at any time before your next billing cycle
  • Cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund or stop an active membership term

Refunds
Due to immediate access to the Welling space, all memberships are non-refundable.

Failed Payments & Grace Period
If a payment fails:
  • We will attempt to reprocess the payment using your saved payment method
  • You will be notified to update your payment details if needed
A grace period of up to 7 days may be provided to resolve the issue.

During this time:
  • Your access to Welling may continue temporarily

If payment is not successfully completed within this period:
  • Your access may be suspended until payment is resolved
  • Any outstanding payments for the remainder of the 12-month term remain due and may be collected
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for continued failed payments.

Account Use
Membership is intended for individual use only.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable
  • Account sharing is not permitted
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected

If you purchase physical items through Welling:
  • We aim to represent products as accurately as possible
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and availability
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Welling is designed to be a thoughtful, respectful environment.
By participating, you agree to:
  • engage respectfully with others
  • not post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • not use the space for unsolicited promotion or spam
We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access if needed to protect the integrity of the space.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Welling — including videos, writing, design, and materials — is owned by Welling unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without permission
  • Personal use is welcomed; redistribution is not

6. Changes to Welling

Welling will evolve.
We may:
  • update features, offerings, or structure
  • modify pricing with notice
  • adjust these Terms as needed
We will always aim to do so thoughtfully and in alignment with the experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Welling is provided as a space for connection, exploration, and experience.
We are not liable for:
  • personal decisions made based on content
  • technical interruptions outside our control
  • indirect or consequential losses

WELLING RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Welling is designed as a considered and intentional experience — both in the space itself and in the objects we send out into the world.

This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.

Welling memberships are offered on an annual basis.
  • All memberships are non-refundable
  • This applies to both annual and monthly payment plans
  • Monthly plans are a commitment to the full 12-month term
You may cancel your renewal at any time before your next billing cycle, which will prevent renewal but does not affect your current term.

1. Memberships & Digital Access

If you purchase a physical item from Welling:

Returns
  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges, but if something isn’t right, please reach out and we will do our best to support you.

2. Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos and a brief description
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any necessary shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

Some Welling pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Because of this:
  • replacements may not always be available
  • refunds may be offered instead of exchanges
